If any dish deserved to be called epic, it’s this one. Bursting with flavor, oozing with cheese–it’s just amazing! And the jalapeno ranch dip that goes with it takes the dish out of this world! 😀

In my opinion, the optional jalapeno ranch dip is NOT optional. 🙂 It is probably like my favorite part of the whole dish! The cool, tangy flavor just adds such a nice contrast. But it’s up to you. 😉
The only negative thing I have to say about this dish is that the rice usually takes longer to cook than the recipe says…but it’s definitely worth the wait.
