Cheater’s Cheesecake

Love cheesecake but afraid of spring-pans? 😦 Make a cheater’s cheesecake! 😀 It’s almost just as good as the real thing, without as much room for failure! Drizzle on the homemade blueberry sauce included in the recipe and you’re on your way to cheesecake paradise. ❤

The only issue with this recipe is you have to leave the oven open (while it’s turned off) for about thirty minutes; which can be a problem if you have small children running around…so best made at nap time! 🙂
