OK, I confess, the title is misleading. π When you’re reading zucchini for breakfast, you might think, “Wow, really? That sounds super healthy!” But honestly, this recipe isn’t exactly the healthiest thing…but it’s good just the same! π
Introducing the first zucchini bread recipe I’ve ever made by koolaidmoms from whatsfordinnermoms.com:

It’s wonderfully soft, hearty, positively yummy, and has the added health benefits of the zucchini! π I’ve never personally tried it, but you could try substituting applesauce or maple syrup in place of the sugar if you want to make it a bit more breakfast worthy.
I will note here though: It did take about 15+ more minutes to bake through the center than the recipe said, but I think that was because I was using a 9 in. by 5 in. loaf pan, which was larger than the pan than the original recipe called for. π

What’s your favorite kind of bread to bake?
Take a break and do some baking this week! β€

My favorite bread to make is banana bread because it tastes like dessert but you can eat it for breakfast π this looks delicious, thanks for sharing!!
