There are two spinach artichoke dip recipes in our collection, but this one definately takes the cake. Why? Because not only is it SO much easier to make than the other one, it also comes out tasting quite nearly the same!

Here’s a little secret if you want to truly perfect the flavor of this dish…add a little cayenne pepper! 😉 Just 1/8 to 1/4 tsp. or so–it gives it a nice little kick.
Also, you don’t have to shred your own cheese if you don’t want to. I just use pre-shredded cheese (it doesn’t even have to be finely shredded) and it always turns out great!
