Now, there’s nothing wrong with a regular, plain ol’ baked potato, per say…but sometimes it’s just fun to mix things up…
One day as I was cooking up some tacos for dinner, my mom had one of her brilliant (and I DO mean brilliant 🙂 ) ideas: “Let’s make taco baked potatoes!” I will admit, it sounded a bit strange at first, but as I thought about it…maybe it wouldn’t be so weird after all. So we gave it a try–and that’s the only way we’ve been eating tacos ever since! 😀
Give it a go with your favorite toppings; you never know till ya try!
