This post could also be titled How to Make A Big Bowl of Kale and Spinach Disappear in 20 Minutes–because that’s exactly what happened at my house! You’ll never be searching for ways to use up extra kale, spinach, or lettuce in your garden again; in fact, you’ll probably be growing more, LOL! π
After looking at several different recipes, here’s the basic rundown on how to make these chips really simply.
Ingredients
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Garlic Powder
- Leafy greens

And believe me, making these little guys is just as simple as the ingredients list! First, wash and chop your greens into chips of your desired size. Then, toss in a bowl with a little olive oil to coat them.

Next, lay the chips-to-be on a parchment lined baking sheet in a single layer, and sprinkle with salt and garlic powder–or really whatever seasonings suit your taste! π

Toss in the oven at 350 for 15 minutes (or until crispy), and watch them disappear! π They’re almost as good as potato chips if you ask me.
