These rolls are a wonderful discovery, born from a dilemma. This week we had planned to make a dinner that we needed crusty rolls for, but…apparently you can’t get hard rolls anywhere around here! So, we decided to make our own. And they turned out amazing! And even better–they were very easy. π
Today’s awesome recipe is by Sabrina Snyder from dinnerthendessert.com:

I’m not sure if it was because of humidity, but I ended up adding an extra 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons of flour to the dough. It was just way too sticky. π¦ Like I said though, it might have been due to humidity levels.

Cut them in half to make a sandwich, or simply enjoy them on their own! Give em’ a try–trust me–you’ll love them!
