“Lofthouse” Frosted Sugar Cookie Copycat

Craving something small, fluffy, and superbly sweet? You’ve come to the right place my friend. 🙂 These frosted sugar cookies will not disappoint! They’re actually a copycat of cookie made by a bakery called Lofthouse. Which, I don’t think I’ve ever had a Lofthouse cookie before–but they must be pretty awesome if they’re like these!

My cookies didn’t turn out quite like Annabel’s. I think I maybe made a mistake somewhere because instead of turning out flat, they were kinda puffy–like biscuits. But as I said, I think that was an error on my part. I will definately be making these again, so I’ll have lots of opportunities to perfect my technique. 😉
