Pumpkin Muffins…with a Cream Cheese Surprise!

If you’re like me, you’d never pass up a muffin unless you were sick or something like that (and even then with slight remorse 😉 ). But you don’t have to be a muffin addict to love these pumpkin cream cheese muffins! I mean, seriously–who could say no to a moist, sweet, cream cheese filled confection anyways.

As I’m sure you can see from the pictures, my muffins didn’t turn out looking perfectly…but boy did they taste beyond perfect! ❤ I think I put too much batter on the bottom and not enough on top of the cream cheese layer. Oh well, that’s what mistakes are for–learning!
