My Two Go-to Organic Fertilizers

Welcome back fellow gardeners! It’s that time of year when things really start taking off in the garden isn’t it?! 🙂 And fertilizing is more important than ever. So today, I’m pleased to share with you our two go-to organic fertilizers that we use!

#1 Fish Emulsifier

This stuff smells absolutely terrible (think the stinkiest feet you ever smelled in your life… 😉 ) but the plants love it! We don’t usually mix it at full strength like the bottle says, but different gardeners do things differently, so follow your green thumb! Just be sure to mix it outside to avoid a slight lingering odor in your house. Here’s the link to it on Amazon; it’s actually quite affordable. #2 Organic Plant Magic

Or, compost tea as my mom likes to call it. This is also a wonderful organic fertilizer! My mom uses it less often than the fish emulsifier, but I’m not quite sure why. It’s definately a much less stinky option, LOL! This one is a bit more spendy than the emulsifier though; here’s the link to it on Amazon as well. (This is not an affiliate link either.)
